Dear all!

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Toon Vugts, a Dutchman living in Tallinn for a few years already. Most recently Im the proud owner of a Volvo DUETT P210 from 1961. I drove it from my dad's garage in Holland to Tallinn last week. I would like to register it here and use the nice black and white oldfashioned license plates from that era. At ARK they told me, I should get an offical paper stating that it's indeed a 95% original car. Can anybody tell me where to go?

Furthermore I would like to become an active member of a classic Volvo club and join in activities around Estonia. I follow the foorum, I can speak and read a bit of Estonian but if anyone can inform me every now and then in English, that would be perfect.

Thanks for your attention, have a nice week!
Cheers,
Toon

black number you would get for your car what is in "museal condition", so no defects, no wrong parts etc. We in here don't have classic Volvo club, only Volvo forum. But you are very velcome still! Black number gives you benefits not to go to technical check in every year, you can go check in every 5 years, nothing more. First thing is to contack official expert, which name you gould get from MNT (www.mnt.ee)

Thanks Ants & Taavi for your help,

I contacted ARK and they gave me a contact.
However, I read the regulations on vanatehnika.com ( God bless google tolgi ) and they seem really strict. The engine and exterior of the car are 100% original, but i did change the interior to nowadays modern comfort ( good chairs, decent stereo ) so I guess ill probably just have to use a normal Estonian license plate.

Thanks anyway!
Cheers,
Toon
