Jahutusvedeliku eelsoojendus 850 TDI.
Oskab keegi öelda, mis otstarve on 850-ne 2,5TDI kolmel eelsoojendusküünlal, millal need töötavad?
Ma ei mõtle eelsoojendusküünlaid, mis on igas silindris. Sel mootoril on olemas ka jahutussüsteemis 12V küünlad. Asuvad juhipool mootori otsas alumiiniumist korpuse sisse keeratuna 3tk järjest. Ühenduspistikud on sellised nagu silindrite eelsoojendusküünaldel. Ma ei tea, võib-olla on see süsteem peal ainult teatud varustusega autodel.

The engine coolant heater is controlled by the engine control module (ECM).
The system consists of the following components:
-Engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor (1)
-Engine coolant heater relay (2)
-Engine coolant heater (3)
-Generator (GEN) (4)
Because the engine is extremely efficient it generates very little excess heat. In some circumstances there is not sufficient excess heat to heat the engine coolant. Because of this there are three engine coolant heaters/glowplugs to heat the engine coolant at low temperatures.
The engine coolant heater consists of three glow plugs located where the engine coolant outlet joins the heating element.
To avoid draining the battery one, two or three engine coolant heaters are activated, depending on engine temperature, engine speed and generator (GEN) capacity. The engine control module (ECM) receives information about spare generator (GEN) capacity via a special connection (DF) on the generator (GEN).
The engine control module (ECM) receives a signal from the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor. Depending on generator (GEN) capacity one or more engine coolant heaters are activated if engine temperature is under +5°C when the engine is started.
The engine coolant heaters are shut off as soon as the engine coolant temperature (ECT) exceeds a given level. This temperature depends on the engine coolant temperature (ECT) value stored in the engine control module (ECM) when the engine was started. The lower the engine coolant temperature (ECT) was when the engine started, the higher the temperature to which it is heated.
If engine temperature falls below a given threshold while it is running, the engine coolant heaters are reactivated again to maintain engine temperature.
When the engine coolant heaters are active the engine control module (ECM) increases idling speed to compensate for increased load and to increase generator (GEN) charging.
As a safety precaution the engine coolant heaters are automatically shut-off:
-When starting, to give maximum power to the starter motor
-If battery voltage is low, to avoid draining the battery
-If engine speed (RPM) is abnormally low, when generator (GEN) charging capacity is low
-If there is a generator (GEN) fault, to avoid draining the battery
-If engine coolant temperature (ECT) is high, to prevent further load on the engine from the generator (GEN)
-If there is a fault in the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor or engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor.

otsisin v70 jaoks, mis tootekoodiga küünlad lähevad:
autoladu pakub beru ja bosch sinna:
need on jämedamad ja lühemad kui mootori omad, kuid jälle piibuga mis vanadusega mõranevad:

ja kui on piibud katki, siis ostan need GN857 küünlad M5 mutriga (vanal passatil on nad mootoris, aga mingil vw 1,9 olid ka tosooli sees)

Mul lööb nende küünalde kaitset koguaeg läbi, kiri ütleb sinna 50A kaitsme aga see vastu ei pea, kui panen 60A siis see kannatab. Koormus on seal ikka korralik, mootori töö kohe muutub kui kaitse sisse panna. Siit siis ka küsimus on see normaalne? Ma ei ole julgenud seda 60A seal sees kasutada. Samas tundub terve kaitsmega külmkaivitus täiesti probleemitu olema, ei tea, kas selle kaitsme kaudu saab miskit veel toidet.

Ühegi inseneride poolt välja arvutatud kaitsme nimiväärtust ei tohi ületada! See on Sinu enda ja Sinu sõiduki tervise huvides! Elekter ei halasta, kui põlema läheb siis aidaa Volvole! Seda, kas antud kaitsme all veel midagi on, seda ütleb Sulle kaitsmekarbi kaane peal olev info! Samas, kaitse suurus on päris korralik ja ülesanne (vähemalt teadaolev) nõuab palju voolu siis ei usu, et selle kaitsme all veel midagi on.

Kaitse suurem või väiksem, järelikult tahab suuremat, aga vähemalt on kaitse mitte mingi nö traadist tõmmatud kaitse. Ehk on need küünlad juba kellegil vahetatud ja pole originaalid, sinna pidid sobima ka mingid vag grupi eelsüüteküünlad. ja seega on voolutarve suurem

Ja jah, pange aga suurema voolutarbega küünlad ja suurema nimivooluga kaitsmed, jätke juhtmete ristlõiked muutmata ja põletage aga oma autosid!
Tegelikutl muidugi ei ole asi vast nii hull - küll need insenerid on teinud arvutused varuga, et säästa neid autosid selliste autoomanike eest, kes panevad suurema nimivooluga kaitsmed, kui need läbi kärssavad!
Aga no mida mina, paberitega elektrik, ikka elektrist tean...

Loff, sa viimase aja trende ei tea, nii kaua tuleb kaitsmeid ja koormusi suurendada, kuni saab juhtmed valgustama, sest siis ei pea enam pirne ostma. Isevalgustavad juhtmed on isegi popim teema kui LED tehnoloogia ![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/wink.gif)
